Sakae (they/them) is the Organizing Director for the Asian Pacific Islander Political Alliance. They bring eight years of experience in the worker center movement, having organized with Centro de Trabajadores Unidos en la Lucha (Minneapolis) and Chinese Progressive Association (San Francisco). They are Japanese American and a proud Midwesterner.
